What Are Side Effects of Anadrol-50?

Common side effects of Anadrol-50 include:

• diarrhea,
• excitation,
• restlessness,
• trouble sleeping (insomnia), or
• breast swelling in men.

Women taking Anadrol-50 may develop male characteristics, which could be irreversible if treatment is continued. Tell your doctor if you notice increased acne, changes in menstrual periods, a hoarse or deepened voice, male pattern baldness or hair growth (such as on the chin or chest), an enlarged clitoris, or changes in your sex drive while taking Anadrol-50.

Dosage for Anadrol-50

The recommended daily dose of Anadrol-50 in children and adults is 1-5 mg/kg body weight per day. The usual effective dose is 1-2 mg/kg/day but higher doses may be required, and the dose is individualized. Response is not often immediate, and three to six months should be given.
